Fun Usk trib, somewhat marred by the number of fences strung across the river that are awkward to portage. The top of the run is fairly mellow, best bit is a series of ledge drops near the end.
Takeout is at Llandovery on the A40. To get to the putin head upstream towards Buith Wells on the A483 and access the river at Cynghardy.
