Normally combined with the Tavy, this is a fun run which starts off gently and builds up to continuous low-end grade three, with one notable slot. There's one harder grade 3 on the Tavy, just below the confluence.
There's a car park next to the river at Bedford Bridge. Take out at Denham Bridge on the Tavy.
