Putin at the bottom of the spillway out of Llyn Brianne, east of Llanwrtyd Wells: follow minor roads up through Rhandirmwyn and Ystradffin. Takeout at Junction Pool, at the confluence of the Tywi with the Afon Doethie, or at the next road bridge just downstream.
