Fun but random river: shortly after putting on, you are forced to weave your way through "the jungle". It's mostly flat until reaching a tunnel, and some good rapids follow in the 2nd half. Takeout at the A499 road bridge, or it's possible to continue into the sea and end the trip with a brief surf.
