This run starts on Harthope Burn and turns into Wooler water after 4km. Starting off small, there's a small gorge after the confluence, the odd small fall and weirs towards the end. Higher up the valley a walk in will reveal Harthope Linn - a 20ft waterfall which may not yet have seen a descent.
